Un’azione urbana al suono della caratteristica sirena della Torre Maestra di Bisceglie che suona tutti i giorni allo scoccare del mezzogiorno. Un suono che, a seconda del vento, può essere ascoltato in tutta la città. Una sorta di rito, che richiama e accomuna tutti gli abitanti.
